our first market

On Thursday 11th December, we showcased our products at a market stall in High Chelmer Shopping Centre, Chelmsford. This experience allowed us to engage directly with customers, receive valuable feedback, and raise awareness of our brand. It also gave us an insight into customer preferences, which informed improvements to product display and pricing.

our second market

On Sunday 18th January, we held a stall in the Nayland Hall, Colchester, where we connected with customers, received positive feedback and saw genuine interest in the Ribbon Diary. Building on our previous market experience, we were more confident in engaging with customers and presenting our products effectively.

our Third market

On Wednesday 11th March, we set up our stall at Meadows Shopping Centre in Chelmsford, giving us a chance to showcase our latest designs to the public. It was a great opportunity to speak with customers, share our products, and receive feedback from both customers and the judging panel. After our previous events, we felt much more confident handling customer interactions and answering judges’ questions.

We were also really pleased to come away with the Best Customer Service Award, and the Best Trade Stand Award, which made the day even more rewarding for our team.
